Temptations Resort
One group project is underway as you read this. We are developing a shared world series that will be open to authors of all romance genres, no matter the heat level. It's called the Temptations Resort series and will be centered on an adult resort/island where guests can vacation and enjoy any of their fantasies from sweet and sensual to down and dirty. There will be something for everyone! For an idea of what a shared world series is like check out The Wiccan Haus series. From the very first book in that one, we were hooked.
Now and Forever Series by Tammy Dennings Maggy
The first two books of this series were published with Siren Bookstrand and now starting with The Surrender of Julia (Now and Forever 3) the stories will continue with Sassy Vixen. Tammy decided to go down a different path with the third book in the series by embracing the love story of two FEMALES. Many publishers shy away from F/F pairings citing a lack of a market for them. Sassy Vixen believes there is a demand for lesbian fiction and will make every effort to support authors who create worlds around LGBT characters.
The prequel to The Surrender of Julia will be published as a short novelette in our SEASON FOR SUN AND SIN anthology. The title: "Bound in Paradise." Look for that to come out October 2014.

Fearless Love Series by Lia Michaels
This is Lia's first series and she start it off with a companion short story called Forbidden Destiny. Lia wanted to give people a taste of what she has in store with her tales of fearless love starting out with Abraham and Ethan. These two star-crossed lovers are destined to be together and yet repeatedly torn apart through each and every lifetime.
Ethan's an eagle shifter and the legendary Great Thunderbird sent to save the Native American people. He can't do it without his Chosen Mate. These are our foray into monster erotica with the lovely Tawny Savage. Both series tell the story of the Forest People, but the Bigfoot Chronicles concentrates on one clan. The second series follows other clans and the humans sworn to protect them. They're an ancient race of humanoids facing extinction at the hands of their "hairless" cousins and the modern day technology.
Don't worry! Ashar and Bryanna will have cameos in a few of the books in the Forest People Series. The hold a very special place in Tawny's heart and as such, they're story is ever evolving.

Sassy Vixen Reviews with The Vixen
The Vixen (aka Tammy) has jumped in full force into reviewing books. This was in response to the latest Amazon issues. Fantastic reviews have been deleted without warning from Amazon simply because they were written by an author. According to their reviewer guideline, you can't post a review if you are also an author/publisher/editor. You are labeled a "competitor" in this case so your review doesn't count.
Now before you go off on Amazon, let me explain why this has happened. There have been a few unscrupulous authors who created dummy accounts to give themselves 5 star reviews and then slam their competition. Some of them have been caught and ridiculed as only the Blogosphere can do. Unfortunately, this debacle has caused Amazon to make these sweeping judgments and just delete any review, no matter the rating, if the account used is that of the "competition." I'm sure they will figure it out eventually, but until then The Vixen's reviews will be posted on another blog as well as on Amazon, Goodreads, etc. This way there is a backup.
